Isuzu EA held its Quarter 1 Dealer Sales Teams Business Meeting on March 9, 2024 aimed at fostering collaboration, innovation and a renewed sense of unity among all teams across the Isuzu EA network.
Strategic Alignment
The core focus of the meeting was to align Isuzu strategies with the ever-evolving market landscape. Through insightful presentations and open discussions, the team collectively refined Isuzu business objectives, 2023 business performance overview, ensuring the team is poised to capitalise on emerging opportunities as rolled out in the 2024 business plan.

To complement the strategic discussions, the team engaged in a series of team-building activities designed to strengthen bonds and enhance teamwork.

2023 was a year marked by resilience, adaptability and notable achievements gracing various fronts. ISUZU EA BEST OF THE BEST SALES AWARDS
During the meeting, a number of sales executives were recognized for their exemplary performance in 2023 and especially during the Q4 Big Finish. They were awarded with Trips to Bangkok and Watamu.
To qualify for Bangkok, one had to sell at least 7 vehicles per month for dealer teams and 10 vehicles for Isuzu EA retail during the Big Finish. For Watamu, the qualify was at least 5 vehicles sold per month. The awardees and their different categories are listed below.
